How to apply for Yichang annual card?

Legal analysis: Meet one of the following conditions:

1. The resident ID card indicates that the issuing authority is Yichang City (including counties and cities under its jurisdiction);

2. Students who have no ID cards in primary and secondary schools affiliated to Yichang City can apply for their own accounts;

3. Foreigners who are suitable for long-term work and visiting relatives should apply for work permits or temporary residence permits (issued for more than half a year) or other relevant certificates;

4. Student ID card and my ID card issued by Yichang College;

5. Yichang City (including counties and cities under its jurisdiction) real estate license and my ID card;

6. Marriage certificate and ID card of the spouse whose household registration is in Yichang City (including counties and cities under its jurisdiction);

7. Free groups such as soldiers or the elderly voluntarily purchase.

The annual tourist card of Yichang Three Gorges Scenic Area is purchased by citizens voluntarily. IC card management center of Yichang Public Transport Group and all business outlets of Yichang Branch of Hubei Bank can handle it.

Legal basis: Article 29 of the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). If a citizen, legal person or other organization needs to obtain an administrative license according to law to engage in specific activities, it shall apply to the administrative organ. If the application needs to be in a format, the administrative organ shall provide the applicant with the format text of the application for administrative license. The format text of the application shall not contain any content that is not directly related to the application for administrative license.

The applicant may entrust an agent to file an application for administrative license. However, unless the applicant should apply for an administrative license at the office of the administrative organ according to law.
