There is no uniform provision or explanation for the sharing of isolation costs, which leads to different epidemic prevention policies in different places.

Who will pay for the quarantine? There are different rules.

If the isolation cost is too high, some people will not be able to afford it, hide or escape isolation, thus inducing the risk of epidemic situation; On the other hand, the high isolation cost will also induce the risk of clean government.

In the final analysis, it is everyone's obligation to accept isolation, and it is the obligation of the government and hotels to provide isolation services. If everything is for money, providing isolation services for profit will only make "dynamic liquidation" unpalatable.
