Legal analysis: 1. The receptionist is responsible for the reception and registration of visiting guests and the establishment of a guest register.

2. Register the names, visiting units, time and reasons of visiting guests.

3. If there are visiting guests, the receptionist should call the interviewee immediately and confirm before registration and release.

Legal basis: the State Council Decree No.732 "Measures for the Administration of Public Security in Hotel Industry" Article 6 Hotel accommodation and reception of passengers must be registered. At the time of registration, the passenger's identity documents shall be checked and truthfully registered according to the prescribed items.
