In order to successfully participate in this exhibition, all employees of the company go all out and cooperate with each other:

201X September 1-5, the five-day Shenyang World Expo Exhibition was held in Shenyang International Exhibition Hall. There are more than 1000 exhibitors. As an exhibitor of the company, on behalf of the exhibitor, I would like to make the following report to the company leaders:

(a) booth introduction:

1. Our booth is located in Hall W4, A 17 (near the main passage with Hall E4, with a general location);

Secondly, the content and theme style of the exhibits are very unified, with clear priorities, which can show the theme of the exhibits to the maximum extent. For example, our main exhibition is the introduction of China (Shenyang) Jiatai Industrial Equipment Expo City project. There are six indoor project introduction and project format distribution maps, five outdoor project plots and format distribution maps, which are separated from each other, with the project building map in the middle, which stands tall and attracts the attention of the audience; The simulated roads and model tunnels with street lights and tunnel lights on the main roads are very novel and ingenious in design. Even a foreign observer can't help saying, "I like the design of your company, it's very clever!" " I like your company's design, which is very exquisite. )

Third, the tallest building in our booth is 6 meters high, which is the tallest building in the whole exhibition hall. Some areas are divided into upper and lower floors, but they are not very luxurious, so that they can show their strength through magnificent momentum without pulling away from the audience.

(2) Personnel arrangement:

There are 24 exhibitors in Guangzhou, including coordinator 1, 7 exhibitors, leaders of various departments and 6 exhibitors1. In order to save the company's expenses, during the exhibition, the room standard for all employees is two people with one bed, breakfast is self-care, box lunch is delivered to the exhibition hall, and dinner per person does not exceed 15 yuan (the consumption level of rice and water in Guangzhou is generally more expensive than that in Liaocheng). Everyone has carried forward the spirit of hard struggle. The day before and the night before, under the arrangement and organization of the general manager of the exhibition department, He Haitao, all our staff got together and held a summary meeting, at which the arrangement of reception staff, the content of explanation and negotiation skills were discussed. We vigorously carry forward the spirit of teamwork, learn and improve the problems raised by leaders, and understand, support and assist the work of the coordinator.

(3) coordination:

Twenty-four people went to Guangzhou International Exhibition in two batches. The first batch of exhibitors is led by Zhou Neng, an overseas business department, who is responsible for tickets, meals, hotel accommodation, communication with organizers, builders and exhibition transporters, and on-site problem handling. During the 10 day trip, there was no violation of discipline, damage to the company's reputation and laziness in not listening to the transfer, and some problems of builders and transporters were properly solved. Sun, the exhibition division, is responsible for the second batch of exhibitors, and is responsible for the shuttle bus service and catering problems of 16 exhibitors. Although she is a girl, she has helped the General Coordination Week very well, and all the participants can only obey the unified command if they are in step. (4) Exhibition work:

There are 4 people in the exhibition department and 2 people in the lighting department. In less than two and a half days, 49 boxes of P6 screens, 48 boxes of P 16 screens, display screens with a total weight of more than 4 tons and hundreds of lighting lamps have all been installed. Because the box is too heavy and there are few people, the installation work is really difficult. All installers should accept the gratitude and respect of all staff of Liaoyuan. There are also two episodes in the device. 1. When the exhibitor arrived at the exhibition hall by Dongguan East Bus in the early morning of February 26th, the exhibitor reached a private agreement with the porter, forcing our company to use the porter and paying the 600 yuan handling fee to transport the exhibits to the booth on the second floor. Our construction workers painstakingly got the transport vehicle admission card, forced them to get on the carrier's car, let the driver enter the exhibition hall and transport them to the booth. Liu Feng, the lighting engineer, is the best performer in this activity. The last five tons of exhibits were all unloaded by our six construction workers, which not only safeguarded the integrity of our Shandong people, but also saved the company's expenses and won a good prize for this successful exhibition. In the early stage of the meeting, the coordinator and the construction party ignored the communication of the lamp post problem. After the negotiation between the coordinator and the construction party in the later period, the construction party rushed to make eight welding spray lamp poles with elbows overnight the day before the meeting, and we did not pay any extra fees for this problem, which went smoothly.

(5) During the development period:

During the four-day exhibition, the audience concentrated on the first three days, especially the first and second days. There are two reception desks, three front desks, four exhibition managers, two lighting managers and four overseas salesmen. The reception work is a bit overwhelmed. According to rough statistics, the overseas department * * * receives about 300 foreigners, the exhibition department receives about 800 people at the front desk, and the network department receives about 400 people (including only those who have exchanged business cards or registered).

(6) Problems in the exhibition:

First, due to the handover of work in the early stage of the exhibition, the content will be slightly inadequate and the work progress will be affected. For example, the construction party did not prepare the corresponding lamp poles for the street lamps exhibited by the lighting department in advance, but our company provided them to the exhibitors according to the previous exhibition experience, and the coordinator in the early stage of the exhibition did not give any hints. This problem proves that the communication with the builder is not detailed enough.

Second, the exhibition, after the installation of two monitors, there are several seams, which slightly affect the visual effect. On the one hand, the floor of the exhibition hall is not very flat. On the other hand, our company has few installers, the installation technology is growing, the time is tight and the installation equipment is not complete. The painting of lighting, because the relevant person in charge did not examine the drawings in detail, still used the pictures exhibited last year, and it was not very appropriate to find some pictures on the spot.

Third, the professional quality of the reception staff. This time, because some employees are newcomers, they are not very familiar with product knowledge, especially overseas employees, most of whom are graduating college students. Both oral English and product introduction need further study and improvement.

Fourth, teamwork. Generally speaking, this 24-member team has a clear division of labor and a unified pace, but there are also some small things that make all departments unhappy. For example, when there are many customers, some office supplies become public and cannot be used by departments alone. Some departments care about this, so don't haggle over every ounce because of the overall situation in the future. Fifth, the personal qualities of the exhibitors. It is a basic common sense problem for men and women to carry valid certificates such as ID cards when they go out. Tickets, office supplies etc. What is delivered to you should be carefully maintained and carefully kept. In line with the principle of "people are in things", we should try our best to start from small things and safeguard the interests of the company. In addition, it is also one of the disciplines that exhibitors must abide by to go back to the hotel to sleep on time and ensure that they have enough energy to receive customers the next day.

(7) Suggestions for future participation:

First, exhibition work and administrative logistics work are carried out separately. General exhibition-related work is managed by the sales department, while ticketing, exhibits, exhibits transportation, brochures and business card printing are managed by the administrative department. In this way, the cooperation of different departments can not only improve the overall work efficiency, but also better carry out the organization and coordination work, and will not affect the other normal work of the only designated unified management department because of attending an exhibition.

Second, the audit of exhibitors. After the exhibition is confirmed, the number of exhibitors in each department is determined by the senior leaders of the company through consultation, and the leaders in charge of each department select exhibitors according to the indicators, which can avoid disputes caused by different departments and different numbers of personnel, form invisible competition within each department, and select the best candidates, so that exhibitors can better understand the company's good intentions and pay more attention to the responsibility of participation, thus improving the quality of the company's participation.

Third, after the list of exhibitors is confirmed, we should organize collective training, including live broadcast to build renderings, analyze the venue layout of reception staff, and focus on product expertise, reception etiquette, language and other aspects for the problems that guests are interested in. Only by making the most comprehensive and sufficient preparations can we not lose the significance of participating in the exhibition.

Fourthly, for the travel expenses of exhibitors, except for round-trip air tickets and hotel accommodation companies, other subway buses, breakfast, lunch and dinner can take care of themselves, and subsidies can be given in the form of monthly salary after the exhibition, which can not only simplify the logistics work of coordinators, save the time of finding bills for reimbursement, but also avoid the embarrassment of being forced to make unified arrangements because of different personal circumstances, habits, tastes and appetites.

Fifth, it is relatively easier to remove the exhibition than to arrange it. Almost all the work was finished before 7 pm on March 4th, but it was not until 1 1:30 pm that we waited for the logistics company, wasting 6 hours. The round-trip cost of our exhibits is about 20 thousand yuan. If you consider the convenience and cost saving of long-distance transportation, can you buy a freight car and transport it in and out of the exhibition hall by yourself?
