Due to system upgrades, the original "Information Management System for Hotels Designated by Party and Government Agencies" has been suspended. Before the new system is launched, units that need to inquire and contact the designated hotel for the conference can do so in the "Work Notice" column of the Administrative and Legal Department subnet of the Ministry of Finance's extranet. For details, please see the notice and attachment issued by the Department of Administrative Affairs and Law on the approval of designated hotels for party and government agencies’ business trips and meetings in each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) from 2013 to 2014.

The electronic settlement form of the hotel designated for the meeting of the party and government agencies can be found in the attachment of this instruction. The designated hotel can be downloaded and printed.
