green center, Wuhan is the core part of the project of Wuhan Greenland International Financial City, which is located in the core area of Wuchang Riverside Business District, facing Hankou Centennial Bund across the river, and is the key area of the new round of urban development of Wuhan, a megacity in central China. The financial city has a total construction area of about 3 million square meters and a total investment of over 3 billion yuan. Green center is the first single project of "Wuhan International Financial City" in Wuchang Riverside Business District. Upon completion, it will become a super high-rise urban complex integrating super five-star hotels, high-grade shopping malls, top-grade office buildings and apartments. After completion, Chia Tai Group of Thailand and Marriott Hotel Group of the United States will be responsible for the operation of high-grade shopping malls and platinum five-star hotels respectively.

On June 21st, 211, Shanghai Greenland Group publicly introduced the design scheme of Wuhan green center Building, the world's second tallest building, which is 636m. It has 125 floors above ground and 6 floors underground, with a total of ***131 floors. On June 28th, the groundbreaking ceremony of the underground project of Wuhan green center Project undertaken by China Construction Third Bureau was held in the construction site. The contract period of the project was started on July 1st, 211 and completed on January 1st, 217, and the whole construction period was five and a half years.

Upon completion, Wuhan Greenland International Financial City will become the third tallest building in China and the fifth tallest building in the world. The largest modern service complex in Wuhan was developed and built by Shanghai Greenland Group. It is expected to be the fourth tallest building in the world and the tallest building in Central China.

At present, the construction speed of steel plate shear wall with core tube of green center main tower has been increased to 5 days for a standard story, which indicates that the project construction has entered a period of rapid growth and height. It is expected to be completed in 217.

The multifunctional sightseeing floor is located at the highest end of the building, with a height of 1 meters. An entrepreneur club will be set up as the highest-end business club in Wuhan. Set up high-end catering clubs to operate Chinese food, western food and bars. Serviced apartments are mainly aimed at international long-term tenants and corporate executives. Due to the high shrinkage of Shenzhen Ping An Financial Center and the shutdown of Suzhou Zhongnan Center, it is expected that Wuhan green center will become the tallest building in China after its completion.
