According to the regulatory detailed planning of this area, 126 Cultural and Creative Park is dominated by commercial facilities, which are matched with cultural facilities. At present, the overall development of 126 Cultural and Creative Park and its surroundings is being studied in coordination with the Fucheng District Government, and an ecological park urban new area integrating ecological residence, characteristic business, cultural creativity and entertainment technology is formed as planned.

The adjustment scope is located in the south of the southern section of Changhong Avenue in Mianyang City and north of 126 Cultural and Creative Park, mainly involving the unit S(02. C)-a-02 and S(02. C)- Yuyingba Area a-03, the regulatory detailed planning of Mianyang Old Town, with a total area of about 14.62 hectares.
