Hotel check-in process

Wait for the hotel to arrange a reserved room for you.

1. When you enter the hotel, go directly to the counter to show your online order information and your ID card. If you check in more than one person, you must show your ID card of each relevant person.

2. You need to pay a certain deposit when you check in, generally ranging from 5 to 1 yuan. The deposit receipt should be kept well. When you check out, if the staff check the financial integrity of the room and don't use the charged items in the room, the deposit will be returned in full.

3. After handling the check-in information, the staff will inform the guest of the room number and location, and give the guest the room card or key. Online booking can only be paid within the specified time after placing an order, usually half an hour, and cannot be paid after arriving at the hotel. Only the deposit is paid in person.
