After all, you should receive guests every day, and don't think about reuniting with your family during the New Year. Don't talk about taking a bath in the peak season, you may not be able to eat. Last peak season, I could answer the phone from 6 am to 2 am. Besides physical fatigue, there is also psychological fatigue. When the forest grows up, there are all kinds of birds. I need to receive all kinds of guests. Most of them can get along well, but some of them will make people collapse. There are also many tear-jerking stories. The plastic slippers (from a multi-sample house) in a new store of mine are often lost, and the spare ones are used up soon after opening. We have inconvenient transportation and slow delivery, and we are often complained for some time. One day, I met a guest who left the shop with our plastic slippers on his back. I casually asked, "Are these slippers from our shop?" The guest is angry: "The room is so expensive, what's wrong with a pair of slippers?" I can only smile, "Never mind, never mind, our slippers are very comfortable to wear." Of course, this is an episode of life, just treat it as a happy thing. If you want to join the inn service industry, you must put your mind right and take everything you encounter as a part of your life. If you are often angry about small things, then I advise you not to go into the pit of the inn.
