What do you need to do for routine maintenance of hotel high-voltage electricity?

Maintenance scheme of high voltage equipment

Objective: To maintain the normal operation of equipment and prolong its service life through regular inspection.

Scope: all electrical equipment and distribution cabinets in the hotel.

Responsibilities: 1) Complete all maintenance work in a comprehensive and serious manner according to the standards.

2) Complete the maintenance with the least power outage time.

Contents and steps:

1) Before maintenance, it must be approved by the hotel management or relevant departments.

2) Before the power outage, you must go through the formalities of stopping power transmission and inform others of the time and scope of power outage.

3) Maintenance can only be carried out after the power supply is cut off.

A, the electrical cabinet must be cleaned and dusted, check whether the joint is heated and discolored, check whether the cable head and the wiring pile head are firm and reliable, check whether the grounding wire is rusted and whether the wiring pile head is fastened. All secondary circuits are connected reliably and the insulation meets the requirements.

A, check the drawer switch, drawer switch cabinet should be flexible when push and pull, mechanical locking is reliable. Check whether the automatic air switch operating mechanism on the chest of drawers is in place and whether the wiring screws are tightened. Clean the contact surface of contactor and the dirt around it, and check whether the contactor is in good contact. If the contact is poor, file the contact surface slightly if necessary. If the contact is seriously ablated (the contact is worn to 1/3 of the original thickness), the contact should be replaced. Power indicator and indicator are in good condition.

B. When repairing the capacitor cabinet, disconnect the main switch of the capacitor cabinet first, and then check the electricity. After the capacitors are discharged to the ground one by one with wires of 10mm2 or more, visually check that the shell is intact and there is no oil leakage. If the capacitor shell expands, it should be dealt with in time, and the connecting screws and grounding devices of the discharge device and control circuit should be replaced. After closing, debug the indicating part and the automatic compensation part.

C. Maintenance of circuit breakers in power receiving cabinet and contact cabinet: disconnect all loads first, and then shake out the circuit breaker with the handle. Tighten the wiring screws again and check whether the elasticity of the blade meets the requirements. Whether the arc-extinguishing grid is broken or damaged, manually debug whether the mechanical interlocking opening and closing is accurate, check whether the contact is good, file the contact surface if necessary, and check whether the internal spring, gasket and screw are loose, deformed and falling off.

Precautions:

1) Warning signs should be hung during power outage maintenance.

2) Power must be turned on before work.

3) Tools must be cleaned before and after construction, and it is forbidden to leave tools in the power distribution cabinet.

5) During maintenance, it is necessary to know in detail which lines are double-wire power supply.
