The state stipulates the proportion of restaurant kitchen area.

Legal analysis: The kitchen area ratio of a restaurant is generally: generally, like a western restaurant, the kitchen area ratio should at least account for 3% to 4% of the total area. Because of the variety and complicated working procedures, our Chinese restaurants will occupy a larger area and have high relative flexibility. Generally, the kitchen of moderate Chinese restaurants will account for about 1/2 or even more of the total area, and it is no problem to control it at about 1/2.

2. Except for the obvious violation or calculation error of the commercial housing sales area in the contract, the area agreed in the contract shall be maintained. If one of the buyers and sellers proposes to calculate the sales area of commercial housing according to these rules, or the real estate ownership registration authority measures the construction area of commercial housing according to these rules, both parties to the contract may adjust the sales area in the contract, but the total price agreed in the contract shall remain unchanged.

3. The real estate ownership registration authority shall, when registering the house property rights, work out the construction area of the commercial house in accordance with the Rules for Calculating the Sales Area of Commercial House and Allocating the Public Building Area (for Trial Implementation).
