Article 479 Acceptance is an expression of the intention of the offeree to agree to the offer.

Article 480 Acceptance is made by notice. However, according to trading habits or offers, it means that promises can be made through behavior.

Article 481 Acceptance shall reach the offeror within the time limit specified in the offer.

If the offer does not stipulate the time limit for acceptance, the acceptance shall arrive in accordance with the following provisions:

(2) If the offer is made through non-dialogue, the acceptance shall arrive within a reasonable time.
