Create interesting stories, biographies of famous artists, art appreciation and other columns. As of April, 1979, Yingkou Literature and Art has been published for 8 issues. The birth of Yingkou literature and art laid a solid foundation for the establishment of Liaohe magazine.

1979 in may, Yingkou literature and art was officially changed to Liaohe magazine, with a bimonthly format of 72 pages. Offering novels, essays, essays, poems, dramas, reviews, music, fine arts, photography and other columns. That year, with the theme of celebrating the 30th anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), an essay award was held. 42 works won the first, second and third prizes respectively, and the winning works were published in Liaohe successively.

1986 in the first issue of Liaohe, the names of editors-in-chief of Liaohe appeared for the first time: editor-in-chief Yan Ling and deputy editor-in-chief Chu; In June 5438+10, Liaohe held the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and nearly 200 authors attended the meeting. Deputy editor-in-chief of Liaohe retired as a beginner, and Gao Zuozhi was appointed as deputy editor-in-chief.

1988, Liaohe opened a special issue of youth novels and published 19 new works by young authors. The fourth and sixth issues of Liaohe published special issues of reportage, and published reportage of nine famous enterprises and celebrities such as Yingkou Petrochemical Company and Copier Factory.

In the national book and newspaper rectification work, Liaohe was retained as one of the six better prefecture-level periodicals in Liaoning Province.

The party group of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles specially studied the staffing of Liaohe. After the internal adjustment, the editorial department increased by five people, held relevant meetings to determine the purpose of running the journal, unified thinking, and made clear the direction, and strived to make Liaohe a healthy, fresh, clear, local and popular publication.

In 2003, Liaohe adjusted its content and column setting greatly, and set up more distinctive columns, such as novel boundary, fast reading, approaching famous writers, cutting-edge works, scattered boards like songs, literature dumping bar, Yingchuan elegant rhyme, Wen Yuan review and so on.

In order to consolidate and expand the group of writers in Liaohe, Liaohe established and implemented the system of signing writers, and signed contracts with nearly 60 writers inside and outside the province.

On June 5438- 10, 2004, Liaohe held the first "Rixin Cup" Liaohe Literary Creation Award, which was initiated by Sun Rixin, general manager of Bayuquan Real Estate Co., Ltd., and the works of Wang Xianjie, Lu et al. 14 were awarded.

In 2005, Liaohe published a column entitled "Yingkou Readers" to publicize Yingkou people and Yingkou affairs, and successively published such works as Old Impression, Random Talk on Mysterious Town and Mountain, History Crystallized from Here, and Beautiful Bayuquan. The headline column of Liaohe was adjusted, and the original "excellent works recommendation" was changed to "Liaohe has an appointment", and the famous writer Ye Mang was invited as the host of the column. This column appeared in the form of a contest, and famous writers from Beijing, Hunan, Hubei, Henan, Hebei and Tianjin appeared one after another. In August, the press conference of "The Second Rixin Cup Liaohe Literary Creation Award" was held in Xiongyue Town, and ten authors including Feng Wei and others won ten works. In 2006, Liaohe achieved a historic leap. Liaohe magazine changed from bimonthly to bimonthly, finally ending the 27-year bimonthly history and starting a new chapter. With the double revision of Liaohe, Liaohe successfully established the website of Liaohe Literature Forum. The website of Liaohe Literature Forum has more than 16000 registered members. It has realized the marriage, integration, interaction and win-win between paper media and network. In August of that year, Liaohe held the opening ceremony of Liaohe Net in Bayuquan District. At the same time, the third "Rixin Cup" Liaohe Literature Awards Conference was held, and 12 works by 12 authors such as Zheng Deku, Feng and Zhai won awards.

On July 20th, 2007, the 4th Rixin Cup Liaohe Literature Creation Award was held in Tianfu Star Hotel, and the 10 works by Li Xiuwen, Ma Xiaoping and Xing Yu won the prize. Successfully cooperated with Yishi.com in Beijing, founded the column "Holding hands to record stones", and published more than 20 works/kloc-0 throughout the year.
