Changlong hotel public security

First of all, the hotel's practice is not only unreasonable, but also illegal.

The state has clear regulations on the public places where guide dogs can enter.

According to Article 58 of Chapter VII of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons, "A blind person who brings a guide dog into a public place shall abide by the relevant provisions of the state." According to Article 16 of Chapter II of the Regulations on the Construction of Barrier-free Environment (Order No.622 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China), "People with visual disabilities should abide by the relevant provisions of the state when they bring guide dogs into and out of public places, and public places staff should provide barrier-free services in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state." These two articles mean that as long as the guide dog is put on a red vest to show his identity, then the guide dog can enter where people can go. Because once the guide dogs are not allowed to enter, it means that the blind cannot enter. Doesn't this indirectly damage the legitimate rights and interests of the blind?

The public places here include parks, hotels, barbershops, museums, waiting rooms, waiting rooms (planes, boats) and public transport (cars, planes, trains, boats) and so on.

Therefore, this practice of the hotel is disgusting and inhuman. Even if the dog is afraid of contaminating the hotel and scaring others, the guide dog is specially trained, and this will hardly happen.

Why do many buses, subways and shopping malls still refuse guide dogs?

I think the most important reason is that people's quality has not really improved. In fact, there are blind people's behaviors, and there is also a lack of care and warmth for the blind and other disabled people. For example, some passengers scold and kick guide dogs on the subway, which is not only discrimination against the blind, but also frustration for their lives. They want to find a sense of existence in unhappy people, just like the aunt holding the yellow flag!

There are also some service personnel who, based on the principle that more things are better than less things, are worried about what the blind person will do if something happens here, and want to shut him out and save trouble! There are such people, but after all, they hurt others.

Now the whole society is full of impetuous atmosphere, which makes it difficult for people to calm down. In fact, if you look carefully, guide dogs will not give you any trouble, and blind people will pay attention to their own safety. The problem is yourself!
