Article 362

Those who harbor criminals in the hotel industry, catering service industry, cultural entertainment industry, taxi industry and other units shall investigate and deal with prostitution and whoring activities at the public security organs When informing criminals, if the circumstances are serious, they shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 310 of this Law.
