The public schools on the second line include Tianhua College of Shanghai Normal University, Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities and Shaoyang College.

1. Tianhua College of Shanghai Normal University

Tianhua College of Shanghai Normal University was established in April 25 with the approval of the Chinese people and the Ministry of Education. As of October 222, the school covers an area of 51 mu, with a building area of 265, square meters. There are 1 secondary colleges and 31 undergraduate majors, with 1,155 full-time undergraduate students and more than 5 full-time teachers.

2. Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities

Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities, referred to as "Right Doctor" for short, is a full-time undergraduate college directly under Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, located in Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and was selected as one of the universities in the "Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program". Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities was formerly known as Baise Medical College, which was established in 1958.

3. Shaoyang College

Shaoyang College, located in Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, is a "double-first-class" high-level applied characteristic college in Hunan Province. It was selected as the first batch of new engineering research and practice projects by the Ministry of Education, and it is a pilot university of the national "excellent doctor education and training plan" and a typical university with national experience in graduate employment. The school was founded in 1958, and its predecessor was Shaoyang Teachers College.

The school covers an area of 1,631, square meters, with a school building area of 924,1 square meters, fixed assets of 1,445 million yuan, original value of teaching and research instruments and equipment of 295 million yuan, and a collection of more than 3.3 million books, including 1.27 million electronic books and 1,471 kinds of Chinese and foreign paper newspapers.

2. Teaching staff

There are 4,324 faculty members, including 218 full-time senior professional titles, 783 sub-senior professional titles and 553 doctors. There are 9 provincial excellent teaching teams, more than 1 provincial excellent postgraduate teaching teams and provincial excellent postgraduate tutor teams. Professor Li Guojie, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, was hired as honorary president and part-time professor. Through introducing and training, leading talents of Zifeng scholars were established.
