How to calculate basic working hours?

Calculation method of standard working hours: standard working hours = normal working hours X( 1+ width ratio);

Width ratio = (standard working hours-measured working hours)/measured working hours * 100%= management width ratio+physiological width ratio+fatigue width ratio;

Normal working time is the sum of working time of manual operation unit (after speed evaluation)+automatic working time of machine (without speed evaluation);

The magnification is mainly the sum of the following aspects: 1. Physiological amplification is generally 2%~5%. 2. Fatigue tolerance is generally 5% ~ 20%; 3. The management magnification is generally 3% ~ 10%. 4. Special magnification The magnification used in the electronic manufacturing industry is generally 10%.

Legal basis: Article 36 of the Labor Law The state practices a working-hour system in which the working hours of laborers do not exceed eight hours per day and the average working hours per week do not exceed forty-four hours.

Article 37 The employing unit shall, in accordance with the working hours system stipulated in Article 36 of this Law, reasonably determine the labor quota and piecework remuneration standard for the workers who carry out piecework.
