The failure reason is 1, and the construction quality is poor. Faults caused by construction quality account for a large proportion.

The main manifestations are as follows: first, the depth of cable trench is not enough, and the sand-covered brick construction is not carried out according to the standard; Second, the installation of the corridor pipeline does not meet the requirements, and both ends are not made into mouthwash according to the standard; Third, drag the cable on the ground when laying; 4. The embedded pipe of the foundation is not constructed according to the specification requirements, mainly because the embedded pipe is too thin and has a certain degree of curvature, so it is quite difficult to thread the cable, and there is a "dead bend" at the bottom of the foundation; Fifth, the thickness of wire nose crimping and insulation package is not enough, and it will be short-circuited after long-term operation.

2. There is not enough material. Judging from the failures handled in recent years, there are many factors for the low material quality.

3. The quality of supporting projects is not as good as that of hard courtyard lamp cables, which are generally laid on the sidewalk.

The construction quality of sidewalk is poor, and the ground sinks, which makes the cable deformed and leads to cable armoring.

Especially the northeast region is located in the cold zone, and the arrival of winter makes the cable and soil form a whole. Once the ground sinks, it will be pulled off at the bottom of the courtyard lamp foundation. If there is too much rain in summer, it will burn off at the root of the foundation.

4. Unreasonable design is one aspect of overload operation.

With the continuous development of urban construction, courtyard lights are also expanding. When new garden lights are built, they are usually connected to nearby garden lights. In addition, advertising has developed rapidly in recent years, and the load of advertising has also been connected to the courtyard lamp, which makes the courtyard lamp load too large, the cable overheated, the nose overheated, the insulation decreased, and the grounding short circuit appeared. On the other hand, the design of light pole only considers its own situation, ignoring the space of cable head. After the cable head is wrapped, most of the doors can't be closed, and sometimes the cable length is not enough and the connector doesn't meet the requirements, which is also the cause of the failure.
