The building is a high-rise building with 40 floors and a height of188m. It is the second tallest building in Liaoning Province and one of the landmark buildings in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. The building was completed in 20 16, and is mainly used for business offices, hotels and shopping centers. The rings of life are an image, which implies the cycle, infinity and preciousness of life.
