The Second General Meeting of the First Session of Shantou Social Organizations Association

On June 24th, 20 14, the General Association of Municipal Social Organizations held the second general meeting of the first session in the conference hall on the second floor of Golden Bay Hotel, which was presided over by Jiang Wenzhong, vice president and secretary general. The meeting studied relevant matters, and the contents of the meeting are summarized as follows:

1. Comrade Hong Ruifeng, the executive vice president, summarized the work of the Federation since its first anniversary and put forward the work opinions for the new year. Vice President Hong pointed out that in the past year, the Municipal Federation of Social Organizations aimed to improve its service capacity and the level of organizing meetings. In accordance with the regulations and requirements of hub-type and demonstration-type social organizations, practical work has been carried out in paying close attention to internal construction, fulfilling social responsibilities, building an interactive platform, undertaking government functions, and paying attention to image building, and certain results have been achieved, and the role of hub has initially become prominent. In the new year, the Federation will strictly regulate its own construction, further enhance its service capacity, give full play to its vanguard and exemplary role in social organizations, and lead all member units to participate in the construction and development of social organizations in our city.

2. At the meeting, the President of the Municipal Hotel Supporting Industry Association made an annual financial work report of the general meeting, and Comrade Huang, the supervisor of the board of supervisors of the general meeting, spoke on behalf of the board of supervisors. She pointed out that since its establishment on June 20 13 18, the General Association has always held meetings in accordance with the law and regulations, and the Council has always carried out various activities in accordance with the articles of association and relevant requirements. The daily administrative work of the secretariat is standardized and orderly, the financial management is strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant systems of social organizations, and the financial revenue and expenditure are audited legally. The Board of Supervisors will, as always, play a supervisory role, perform its supervisory functions, and work with members to push the self-construction of the Federation to a new level.

Three. After deliberation and voting at the general meeting of members, the following matters were passed:

1. The meeting adopted the annual work report of Shantou Social Organization Association and the work opinions for the new year;

2. The meeting adopted the Annual Financial Work Report of Shantou Social Organization Association;

3. The meeting adopted the "Request for Instructions on Amending the Articles of Association of Shantou Social Organizations" put forward by the secretariat of the Federation, and agreed and approved the addition of the board of supervisors and other relevant clauses in the articles of association of the Federation. The specific contents were revised and improved by the secretariat;

4. The meeting studied the public welfare education activities and development of social organizations initiated by the General Association and other social organizations? Shantou love? Chinese dream? Cultural forum and other related plans.

At the meeting, President Chen Zhenkun presented vice presidents' plaques to the Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the Association of Women Entrepreneurs, and Shantou Branch of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd., and presented board members' certificates to the Henghuide Women's Club. Letters of appointment were issued to the Board of Supervisors, Huang, Lin Xianghua and Social Organization Evaluation Center, and letters of appointment were issued to the Secretary General's Committee, Wang Sui and Zefeng Lin.

President Chen Zhenkun finally made a concluding speech at the conference. He fully affirmed the work of the Federation in the past year and put forward specific requirements for the next step. He emphasized that the general meeting should further establish brand strategic awareness and build an influential, cohesive and credible general meeting of social organizations in accordance with the requirements of social organization reform and innovation in our city.
