If your hotel uses the international credit card payment system, you don't need a password or a signature for pre-authorization, but when you get the room card, you need to provide the corresponding personal information on the accommodation registration form and sign it. If your hotel adopts UnionPay system or other independent bank payment system, pre-authorization does not require password and signature. For credit card payment, you only need to enter a password or signature when confirming payment and purchase.
