1. Tuition fee: according to the Fujian Provincial Price Bureau [2004]No. 16, No.284 and No.3 165438. According to Jia Min [20 15] Fei No.306 and Jia Min [20 18] Fei 190 and other documents, the tuition standard of each major in the school is as follows: (1) Literature and history, science and engineering, and physical education are 5040 yuan per academic year, and major in key disciplines. (2) Art majors are 8640 yuan per academic year, and key disciplines (musicology and dance) are 9360 yuan per academic year. (3) Fujian-Taiwan cooperation projects: literature and history, science and engineering majors 15000 yuan per academic year, art undergraduate majors 18000 yuan per academic year; (4) software engineering majors: 5040 yuan per academic year for freshmen and sophomores, 16000 yuan per academic year for junior college students. (5) Preparatory classes for ethnic minorities: 5040 yuan per academic year.

If the above tuition fees are adjusted, they shall be implemented according to the document standards of the competent department. The tuition standard of Fujian-Taiwan cooperation project refers to the charging standard during the study in Quanzhou Normal University. During the study period of Fujian-Taiwan cooperation project in Taiwan, the tuition fees will be collected by the cooperative universities in Taiwan Province Province according to the agreed standards.

2. Accommodation fee: 870 yuan ~ 1300 yuan in Quanzhou main campus and 650 yuan in Nan 'an campus. The above accommodation fee standards are subject to the approval of the price department.

Access principle

1. The principle of fairness, impartiality, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission has always been implemented in the enrollment work. 2. The school consults the candidates' files in accordance with the relevant regulations of the provincial admissions department.

3. Admission rules for general majors (1) Unless there are special regulations in the province where the candidates are located, the admission rules of "score first, follow the will" will be adopted. Admission is sorted by candidates' files and by candidates' professional volunteers. When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, with reference to the scores of related subjects in the ordinary senior high school academic level examination and the comprehensive quality evaluation of the candidates, the candidates who have been transferred from the major will be transferred to the major whose enrollment plan is not completed (for example, if the college major group is the reporting unit, they can only be transferred within the same college major group). When the scores are the same, they will be admitted according to the sorting rules of the total scores of ordinary college entrance examination candidates in each province. If they are still the same, they will be selected according to the comprehensive quality evaluation of the candidates. (2) According to the unified requirements of Inner Mongolia Education Admissions Examination Center, our school enrolls students in Inner Mongolia according to the rules of "Admission Plan 1: 1".

Admission Rules for Arts and Sports Majors (1) The cultural scores (including policy scores) of art and sports candidates in the college entrance examination and the scores of provincial-level unified examinations must reach the admission control scores of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the students are located. Musicology (Nanyin direction) must also take the Nanyin major of our school and get qualified or above. (2) The provinces that enroll students in art and sports colleges shall implement the principle of giving priority to the first professional volunteer and giving priority to the second and later professional volunteer scores. (3) Art and sports are classified according to their comprehensive scores, and ranked from high to low according to their comprehensive scores. Those with the same comprehensive scores are ranked from high to low according to their individual scores. The ranking order of single subject scores is: provincial professional unified examination scores, college entrance examination parallel volunteer characteristic scores; For other grades, the school will select the best students according to their professional grades from high to low, and when their professional grades are the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to the characteristics of the parallel volunteer College Entrance Examination. (4) Musicology (Nanyin direction) is admitted from high to low according to the score of Nanyin professional school examination. Professional admission requirements

1. Foreign language majors only recruit English language candidates, and other majors are not limited to candidates' languages, but public foreign languages only offer English after enrollment. The English score of applying for a foreign language undergraduate course is not less than 100. 2. To apply for foreign language majors and Chinese international education majors, you must take the oral English test organized by your province and pass the test. Provinces that have not organized foreign language oral tests are not required. 3. Fujian-Taiwan cooperation projects and software engineering majors only admit candidates who have filled in the corresponding professional volunteers, and those who have not filled in the professional volunteers will not be admitted. 4. Unless otherwise stipulated in the articles of association, the physical health requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities (No.3 Attachment of J [2003]) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Test in Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2). 5. According to the national standard "Seafarers' Health Examination Requirements" (GB30035—202 1), the height of navigation technology major in our school is required to be above 160cm, and the naked eye vision of both eyes can reach 4.7(0.5) or above; Or the naked vision of both eyes is above 4.0(0. 1), the corrected vision is above 4.9(0.8), and there is no color blindness and weak color. Navigation technology and marine engineering are not suitable for girls because of their special nature of work. 7. Candidates who apply for directional employment in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps must be candidates of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps who participated in the general college entrance examination that year, and candidates must sign a directional training agreement with the employer of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. If an admitted student fails to sign the Orientation Training Agreement when registering in the school, the admission qualification will be cancelled, and the relevant responsibilities will be borne by the students themselves. 8. The preparatory students admitted to the preparatory classes of ethnic minorities will study in the preparatory classes of our school for one year. Those who pass the preparatory study and graduate will be transferred to our university for undergraduate study according to the students' academic performance and comprehensive evaluation in the preparatory stage, combined with students' voluntary reporting and professional enrollment plan. 9. Those who fail the ideological and political moral assessment will not be admitted. 10. The admission care policy shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the provincial admissions committee where the students are located.

Student financial assistance measures

Freshmen's entrance and re-examination

Leave of absence generally does not exceed two weeks.
