Hotel wiring design
(1) integrated wiring system:
Schneider brand products are used to provide good transmission performance. At the same time, for the future network upgrade and high-bandwidth transmission, Schneider Class 6 cable is used in the horizontal area of this scheme, and 6-core optical fiber is used in the communication of switches on each floor, which provides good convenience for the later network system expansion, and provides optical fiber to the desktop in important rooms, which can enjoy VIP service.
There are 1320 information modules in the hotel above the fifth floor of this project, including 332 voice points, 649 data points, 339 VOD points and 644 telephone points connected in series in the bathroom and bedside of the guest room. Hotel16th floor meeting room has two optical fiber to desktop points; There are 836 information modules in the console, including 3 19 analog voice points, 9 1 digital telephone points, 44 direct dial telephone lines and 4 12 data points. In the future, floors 5 ~ 2 1 of the office building will be mainly used for renting office buildings, so the horizontal system will reserve 60 pairs of information points on each floor according to the drawings, and set up distribution frames in the distribution room. The administrative office on the fifth floor designs points according to the drawings, and the rooftop machine room on the 22nd floor has two voice points and two data points. The office building will be equipped with 324 information modules in six categories, including 165 analog telephones and 3 digital telephones. The horizontal part adopts six types of unshielded twisted pair; The 4-core telephone line is used for the telephone series connection from the desk to the bedside and bathroom in the hotel standard room; Hotel16th floor conference room uses 4-core indoor multimode optical fiber from optical fiber to desktop. The voice data host room of the office building is located on the ground floor 1, and the voice data host room of the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the Group Building. The two computer rooms are connected by 6-core indoor multimode optical fiber. The data backbone adopts indoor 6-core multimode optical fiber, and 1 6-core multimode indoor optical fiber is respectively laid from the main computer room to the weak current wells on each floor. The voice backbone adopts 5 categories and 25 pairs of logarithms. The voice points on some standard room desks in hotels are considered as digital telephone points. These points are paired in the wiring room according to the ratio of 1: 2, and the 4-core line reserved on the desk is in the wiring room according to the ratio of 1: 2. Each room in the hotel standard room is laid according to four types of UTP: Internet access 1, video on demand 1, IP reservation 1, and telephone 1. The telephone is connected to the desktop, terminated to RJ45 module according to the four-core telephone, and the other four cores are reserved. The bedside telephone and the bathroom telephone are connected by two-core wires connected in series on the desk and terminated to RJ44. The group building and basement are led to the weak current wells on each floor of the office building and hotel respectively according to the area where each information point is located.
The telephone points in the hotel room are connected in series, and the construction pipeline is laid from the telephone point of the desk to the bedside, and then from the bedside to the bathroom, and the pipeline is connected through the junction box. Add a part of JDG20 pipe to the series information point. The data and voice backbones of weak current wells on B3-4th floor are imported from the voice and data room of the hotel on 3rd floor respectively.
(2) Building control system
According to the functional requirements of the bidding documents, our company uses products with good brands and stability in the industry, such as Honeywell, Greystone, Zenner and Signet. Mainly control the following points:

The recording time of hard disk video recorder can reach 15 days of real-time recording time and 30 days of dynamic recording time, which can effectively reach the image storage time, and the video quality can reach the DVD effect, which can be used as evidence very effectively in the later processing time. The points of this monitoring system are mainly aimed at public places such as halls, corridors, restaurants, banquet halls, warehouses for high-end goods such as red wine, and dangerous offices such as financial offices. The TV monitoring system is linked with the alarm and access control system to alarm and display the video near the alarm point.
(4) Access control system:
Use Honeywell products with good brand and stability in the industry. The system provides a variety of record query methods, which can set the access control system in the corresponding area to switch time, and at the same time, it can be linked with the fire control system, so that the access control system can automatically open all the door locks and open the fire escape in the fire control state.
(5) Alarm system:

Set this system point in disabled toilets, roof passages, presidential suites, financial rooms, etc. Can deal with emergencies faster. (7) Parking lot management system:
The most widely used Jieshun brand products in China are selected, and the system design pays attention to the actual use requirements. A three-screen image comparison system of car body, front license plate and rear license plate is designed, which can better prevent the vehicle from being lost. This system improves the transparency and accuracy of parking fees by querying vehicle access records, and eliminates the possibility of financial problems in parking fees.
(8) Information display system:
Choose wide-angle brand products, through the central control system, each screen can display different video, text, picture content. The whole system is based on network, and the transmission is confidential and safe.
(9) background music system:
Choose the Praesideo system of Bosch (formerly Philips). In terms of speaker selection, according to the characteristics of the hotel, suspended ceiling speakers or wall-mounted speakers are mainly used in public places such as walkways; Waterproof ceiling speakers are installed in the bathroom of guest rooms, and horn speakers are mainly installed in the basement. The system usually plays background music, notifies and calls people, and also has the function of emergency broadcasting, which cooperates with the fire control system to implement zoning control.
The main functions of this system are:
1) background music:
Broadcast content can be extracted from audio sources such as radio stations, TV stations and CDs, and stones, stumps and mushroom-shaped speakers can be placed in public areas and green belts to play background music for a long time. In case of emergency broadcast, the system automatically skips the sound source selector and volume controller, and plays the emergency information at a larger volume.
2) Partition broadcasting:
Use the regional microphone and press the button of the corresponding region to broadcast to the region. At the same time, this broadcast mode also sends a strong signal. When an emergency (such as fire) occurs in a certain area, it is used to broadcast directionally to the area to coordinate and guide the crowd, so as to avoid broadcasting to the whole building area and causing excessive panic.
3) Automatic fire broadcast:
When the system receives the fire signal sent by the fire switchboard, it will play the pre-recorded emergency signal at a relatively large volume in the corresponding area; Because the system sends out a strong cut-off signal at the same time, even if the broadcast volume in the corresponding area is lowered or even turned off, it can be broadcast at a relatively large volume to ensure that people in this area can clearly hear the alarm signal.
Product technical indicators:
① The public part of the system is divided into 44 broadcast partitions, and the system partition meets the requirements of fire partition;
(2) The system has two call stations, which are located in the telephone room and parking lot of the hotel. Users can increase the number of calling stations as needed.
③ Four audio channels of the hotel background music system are connected to the cable TV system. The bathroom in the guest room is equipped with professional waterproof speakers, which can listen to the background music played on TV. The bathroom is equipped with a volume adjustment controller to control the volume of the speakers in the bathroom.
④ The power amplifier of the system meets the requirements of full volume playback of all speakers, and the spare power amplifier capacity is reasonably configured;
⑤ The system can be connected with the fire alarm system;
⑥ Monitor amplifier and speaker circuit.
3.4 Features and Highlights of the Project
(1) System functions:
Linkage between alarm and monitoring system: when the alarm system alarms, the brake will feed back the signal to the monitoring system through the matrix linkage system, and at the same time, the monitoring system will display the latest video image of the alarm point on the setting screen, so that the security personnel can quickly judge the scene situation of the alarm signal of the alarm system and make a correct judgment.
Linkage of background music system: the background music system is linked with fire protection system and hotel internal TV system. In the fire-fighting state, the background music system automatically switches to the fire-fighting broadcast. At the same time, the system in the bathroom of the background music system will also play the fire broadcast through the channel in the TV system, which makes it a supplement that the fire broadcast cannot be heard when the volume in the room is loud.
(2) Management and energy saving
Each system controls the equipment to sleep automatically to achieve the energy-saving effect, and controls every position in the drawing through a large number of tables to achieve the control of the whole project progress and quality in construction management.
(3) System equipment selection:
The products configured by each system are well-known products in China, which have good cost performance and stability. The expansibility, humanization, scientificity, reliability and economy of the system are fully considered in the design.
