Qatar Airways connects in Doha. Can I get a visa on arrival?

I asked the airline the same question when I was on a business trip a few years ago, and my reply is as follows:

You can't leave the airport for a connecting flight within 6 hours, so you need to wait in the designated area. So you don't need a visa

If the transit time is 6-8 hours, Qatar Airways will provide free meals;

If the connecting flight time is within 8-24 hours, Qatar Airways will provide free meals and accommodation, which will be delivered to the hotel by bus. When we arrive at the hotel, we can go out and look around.

If the transit time exceeds 24 hours, you must apply for a visa.

It is suggested to ask Qatar Airways if the above regulations have changed.
