What is the responsibility of the store manager?

1. Assist the regional manager to achieve the franchise store sales target set by the company;

2. Coordinate the relationship between customers, shopping malls and shop assistants;

3. Implementation and management of promotional activities;

4. Assist in the deployment and effective management of goods and materials;

5. Track the environmental management and equipment maintenance of franchise stores;

6. Handling of customer opinions, suggestions and complaints. According to the market demand, put forward suggestions on promotion strategy;

7. The work analysis of the employees in the franchise store and the record of the daily work behavior of the employees;

8. Assist the superior in the daily management and supervision of the employees of the franchise stores, and be responsible for improving the professional knowledge, sales skills and sales volume of the employees;

9. Responsible for the performance evaluation of subordinates' work, and give positive guidance to help subordinates improve their work efficiency;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

job requirement

1. High school education or above, over 22 years old, height 158cm or above, proficient in computer operation.

2. More than three years working experience in retail industry, familiar with the operation process of jewelry company.

3. Strong oral expression and communication skills, skilled sales skills.

4. Proactive, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility, good organization, coordination and communication skills.
