How many safe passages does a 300-square-meter hotel need?

A 300-square-meter hotel generally needs at least two safe evacuation routes.

And elevators can't be used as safe evacuation routes.

According to the code for fire protection design of buildings (GB 500 16-20 14):

Article 5.5.8 The number of fire exits in each fire zone or each floor in a fire zone of public buildings shall be calculated and determined, and shall not be less than 2.

Pay attention to not less than two on each floor.

1. What floor is this building? If it is 4 floors or above, or the podium of a high-rise building should be provided with 2 exits (evacuation stairs), and the stairs are either outdoor evacuation stairs or indoor evacuation stairs. If it is an indoor evacuation staircase, a closed stairwell must be formed, that is, a Class B fire door should be installed at the entrance and exit of the stairwell, and the opening direction of the evacuation door on the second floor and above should face the stairwell, and the first floor should open outward;

2. If the building is three stories or less, you can set an exit (of course, the building should be a general reinforced concrete structure).
