Do Wanda Ruihua employees have provident funds?

According to the "Housing Provident Fund Management Regulations", all units should pay housing provident funds for their employees. It is illegal for an employer not to pay housing provident funds for its employees.

Article 2 of the "Housing Provident Fund Management Regulations":

These regulations apply to the deposit, withdrawal, use, management and supervision of housing provident funds within the territory of the People's Republic of China and the country.

The term “housing provident fund” as mentioned in these Regulations refers to state agencies, state-owned enterprises, urban collective enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, urban private enterprises and other urban enterprises, institutions, private non-enterprise units, and social groups (hereinafter (collectively referred to as the unit) and the long-term housing savings deposited by its employees.

Article 3

The housing provident fund paid by the employee personally and the housing provident fund paid by the employee's unit for the employee shall belong to the employee personally.
