6. Without the written permission of Party A, Party B shall not change or use the fire-fighting equipment and facilities in and around the construction area, so as to allow Party B to change the fire-fighting facilities on the construction site.

7. Without Party A's written permission, Party B shall not misappropriate Party A's fire-fighting equipment and facilities in the decoration area and surrounding areas without authorization. Party B shall undertake the obligation to keep the above-mentioned equipment, and shall be responsible for compensation if it is lost or damaged.

VIII. When Party B uses naked flame and cutting operations on the construction site, it shall be supervised by special personnel and equipped with corresponding fire-fighting equipment.
