The training class specially invited Wang Ling, director of the Municipal Cultural Center, and Zhou Siping, vice chairman of China Square Dance Association, to give lectures on mass cultural knowledge, theories and methods of organizing and implementing mass cultural activities, knowledge and skills of square dance, etc. While teaching theoretical knowledge, we spent a day and a half teaching live square dance. The square dance teacher's demonstration, guidance and comments are intuitive and effective. Cultural counselors are enthusiastic about learning. After two days of professional knowledge of mass culture and skills training in square dance, cultural counselors and mass dance lovers not only quickly became familiar with the knowledge and basic essentials of square dance, but also further mastered the characteristics of social culture and the theories, methods and skills of mass cultural activities and competitions such as mass culture and cultural performances (square dance), and were able to undertake the organization, guidance and implementation of one or several cultural activities, achieving the expected results. This training has accumulated useful experience for future work.
