Through full-time, sub-item, classified, online and offline training, we can solve the problems and difficulties faced by teachers, improve teachers' curriculum and classroom teaching ability, and promote teachers' professional development and quality.

1. 2. Optimize teachers' teaching ability, promote teachers' professional development, optimize classroom teaching and promote students' happy growth through the cultivation of "1+5" professional abilities such as subject ontology knowledge and homework proposition.

3. Establish a sustainable learning mechanism through education and scientific research, teacher training management and Huiya reading lamp project training to promote the development of school teacher training management and curriculum construction.

2. Improve the operation mechanism.

Teachers participating in the training should strictly abide by the training discipline, actively participate in the training and complete various training operations.

4. Strengthen financial guarantee.

During the teacher training, meals are provided by the training school, and the standard of 25 yuan per person per day is implemented. The cost of lectures by external experts for summer teacher training will be borne by the school.

5. Establish an evaluation mechanism.

Summer teacher training will be included in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" teacher training credit assessment according to class hours, and the development of school-based training, teacher training attendance and participation will be included in the school teacher training management assessment.
