Twelve creative photography skills
1. Turn your camera.
Under normal circumstances, you should hold the camera well when shooting to ensure that the picture will not be blurred by the vibration of the camera during exposure, but in fact, turning your camera in a planned way can make the picture abstract and add a bit of artistic color, especially when shooting in different light sources or at night. The trick is to slow down your shutter so that you have enough time to catch light. Horizontal movement and rotation are also common techniques in shooting.
2. Adjust the focal length when shooting (pop-up)
Adjusting the focal length when shooting (commonly known as "pop-up") is actually changing the focal length when the camera releases the shutter, and the picture will be full of motion. It is a very simple shooting technique, but it is only suitable for zoom lenses.
3. Creative focus
Who says the focus must be on the subject? In fact, sometimes turning the camera to manual focus and deliberately letting the subject deviate from the focus can make it feel like an oil painting. You can also try!
Shoot from a lower place
Try to shoot at an ultra-low angle, so that the subject feels different from what the naked eye sees every day. If you add a wide-angle lens, you can highlight the main body and show an exaggerated effect.
5. Deliberately expose your photos.
General photos will require "correct" exposure, and will not be overexposed or underexposed, but in fact, sometimes deliberately overexposed photos can also express a "science fiction" effect.
6. Flash with slow synchronous shutter
When shooting portraits at night, you can use the slow synchronous shutter to absorb more live light and use the flash to "solidify" the subject. If you add the "pop-up" technology mentioned in Tip 2, you can take creative photos.
Shoot from a height
Compared with the "low shot" in Skill 4, we can also capture the picture from another angle, that is, shooting down from high altitude. In addition to shooting from the plane, you can actually use the tripod extension cable release or self-timer function to achieve this effect. It is recommended to use a wide-angle or even a fisheye lens, and the photos taken will be more interesting ~
8. Multiple exposure
Multiple exposure refers to taking multiple photos on the same negative. You can use one normal focus and the other out of focus to add artistic color to the photo, or let a person appear in the photo many times like "separation", but it should be noted that some entry-level cameras do not include the function of multiple exposure, so you need to rely on the "layer" technology of Ps.
9. Increase noise
When the ISO value increases, although the shutter can be made faster, the noise will also increase relatively, making the photo appear uneven. However, if we deliberately add noise and cooperate with the appropriate environmental atmosphere, photos will immediately bring nostalgia and film sense, adding flavor to ordinary photos. ...
10. Custom white balance
The correct white balance can of course make the photo accurately show the light color of the environment at that time, but if we deliberately change the setting of white balance, it may bring out another special atmosphere and effect! The picture above shows automatic white balance on the left and manual white balance on the right. The picture on the right can bring a dark and melancholy feeling.
1 1 Make good use of the shutter.
Door B means that the shutter is always open for exposure until the photographer presses the shutter button again. This technology can make very dark places colorful (such as the suburbs at night), and can also be used to shoot star tracks and fireworks.
12. Infrared photography
BBE infrared photography is more complicated, because you need to modify your camera or add an infrared filter, but the effect is very special, like black and white photos, but not the same. If you use a filter, the light will be blocked a lot. It is recommended to use a tripod or improve ISO.
