What does the film exhibition area mean?

The film exhibition area is a partition of DVD. At present, the protection measures (area code restrictions) for DVD (Chinese audio) movies are put forward by eight major American film companies. The main purpose of distributing DVD films in six regions is to protect the rights and interests of distributors and agents and put an end to the problem of parallel imports of products. The DVD area code can be divided into six different areas.

Movies:

Movies, also known as moving pictures or dynamic pictures, are visual arts that use moving pictures to convey thoughts, stories, cognition, emotions, beauty or atmospheric simulation experience. These images are usually accompanied by sound, and there are few other sensory stimuli. The word "film" is the abbreviation of cinematography, which is usually used to refer to film production and film industry, as well as the resulting art forms. Movies are used to create a moving picture of the camera shooting and the actual scene, using traditional painting or micro-animation technology through shooting.
