How to tune hyperfocal distance?

Application of hyperfocal distance: When shooting, you only need to manually set the focal length according to the corresponding focal length and aperture, so the areas outside the focal length are all within the depth of field, that is, all are clear.

For the convenience of memory and calculation, k is simplified to a lower value.

(focal length)16mm 20mm 24mm 28mm 35mm 50mm

As long as you remember the K-simple value corresponding to the focal length, it is easy to calculate the hyperfocal distance with your mouth.

The formula is: K÷ aperture value = focal length.

For example, the hyperfocal distance of a 28mm lens at f/4 is 22/4=5.5m, the hyperfocal distance of f/ 16 is = 1.4m, and the hyperfocal distance of f/22 is 22/22 =1m.

For another example, the hyperfocal distance of the 20mm lens at f/2 is11= 5.5m, and the hyperfocal distance at f/116 is1= 0. 7m, the hyperfocal distance at f/22 is11/22 = 0.5m. 。
