When disassembling, first drain the engine oil, remove the exhaust pipe and carburetor from the engine, remove the cylinder head cover and rocker arm bracket on the valve, take out the valve ejector rod, remove the four fixing screws in the cylinder head and one on the left outside, remove the cylinder head, remove the two fixing screws of the cylinder block, pull out the cylinder block upwards, pry out the rocker arm shaft with a flat screwdriver and replace the rocker arm, taking care not to lose the wave washer on the rocker arm shaft. Remove the left cover of the engine, fix the magneto rotor with the magneto rotor fixing clamp, remove the magneto rotor fixing screw with a socket wrench, pull out the magneto rotor with a magneto puller, remove the camshaft positioning plate, pull out the camshaft and replace it, and then assemble it in the reverse order. During installation, pay attention to a small point on the camshaft gear and align it with the point on the timing gear on the crankshaft, otherwise the valve timing will be wrong.
