IV. Recruitment conditions
(1) Applicants should meet the following basic conditions

(2) Persons with any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply

V. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Announcement

(2) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration method: On-site registration will be adopted, and the applicants’ images and fingerprints will be collected and entered into the system.
2. Registration time: July 10th to July 11th (8:30-12:00 am, 1:30-5:30 pm).

4. Registration requirements.
(1) Applicants should fill in the "Guangzong County 2014 Open Recruitment of Professional and Technical Personnel in the Garden Department" as required, and bring their ID cards, household registers (homepage, personal page), graduation certificate, employment The original and photocopy of the registration card, six recent 2-inch color photos with no hat and bottom, and the registration fee is 100 yuan.
Candidates should truthfully submit relevant information and materials. 5. Qualification review. The County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will review the qualifications of the applicants based on the recruitment conditions, and inspect and verify relevant documents and certificates. Urban management and public security departments must cooperate closely.
6. Exam opening ratio. In principle, the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruits should be higher than 3:1. If the ratio cannot be reached, the ratio can be appropriately reduced with the consent of the Xingtai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, but not lower than 2:1. Changes in the number of people in the recruitment plan will be announced on the Guangzong County Human Resources and Social Security Network.
7. The admission ticket is issued. The admission ticket will be issued via QQ email, and applicants must collect it within the specified time. Those who fail to claim after the due date will be deemed to have given up automatically.
(3) Written test
1. The written test is organized and implemented by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The written examination takes a closed-book format.
The content of the written test is two subjects: "Basic Knowledge of Public Security" and "Vocational Ability Test", each accounting for 50%, one paper, full score of 100 points, and the test time is 120 minutes.
2. The passing score for the written examination is determined by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Candidates who have a passing score above the written test will be selected for interview based on the total score of the written test, from high score to low score, in a ratio of 1:1.2 to the recruitment plan number. Those with the lowest total written test scores within the ratio will be selected for interviews. The written test results, passing scores and candidates for interviews will be announced on the Guangzong County Human Resources and Social Security Network.
(4) Interview
1. The interview is organized and implemented by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The interview time and location will be notified later.
2. The interview will be conducted in the form of a structured interview, with a full score of 100 points.
The interview score adopts the "gymnastics scoring" method. One score and the lowest score are removed, and the average of the other scores is used as the interview score. Groups of 10 people will be selected according to the interview sequence number, and the interview results will be announced in a timely manner after the statistics are compiled. The interview scores are sorted from high scores to low scores according to the recruitment plan positions, and are published on the Guangzong County Human Resources and Social Security Network.
3. The total test scores are synthesized. After the interview, the total test score will be calculated based on the written test score and the interview score, with a full score of 100 points.
The calculation formula is: total test score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%. The total test score shall be rounded to two decimal places.
4. Based on the total test scores, candidates for assessment and physical examination will be determined at a ratio of 1:1. If there is a tie for the lowest total test scores of candidates entering the assessment and physical examination, the candidate with the higher written test score will determine the candidate to participate in the assessment. The list of candidates for the assessment and physical examination will be published on the Guangzong County Human Resources and Social Security Network.
(5) Assessment and physical examination
1. Assessment: The assessment is organized and implemented by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The assessment work shall refer to the "Implementation Rules for the Recruitment and Assessment of National Civil Servants in Hebei Province" to assess the candidates to be recruited. The assessment mainly examines the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. of the proposed personnel.
2. Physical examination: Candidates who pass the examination will enter the physical examination. Physical examinations are organized and implemented by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2005] No. 1). The time for physical examination will be notified later.
For those who fail the assessment and physical examination, candidates who apply for the same position above the minimum passing score will be filled in order from the highest to the lowest total score in the examination.
(6) Public announcement and employment
Based on the recruitment plan and the results of examinations, assessments and physical examinations, the county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will determine the list of personnel to be hired. It will be announced on the Guangzong County Human Resources and Social Security Network. The publicity period is 7 working days.
For those who have serious problems reported during the publicity process and are verified, and who do not meet the employment conditions, their qualifications will be cancelled, and the candidates whose total test scores are above the passing line will be ranked from high to low. Recruitment will be made sequentially; for those who report serious problems but are difficult to verify at the moment, employment will be suspended until a decision is made on whether to hire them after verification and a conclusion.
If there is no objection after the public notice period, the Gardening Department will put forward employment opinions, together with the roster of proposed personnel, the "Guangzong County 2014 Public Recruitment of Professional and Technical Personnel Approval Form of the Gardening Department" (in triplicate), graduation Certificate, employment registration certificate, personnel files and other materials must be submitted to the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval.
(7) Benefits
Professional and technical personnel employed as gardeners are included in the establishment and financial support. The probationary period is one year. At the end of the probationary period, if the employee passes the assessment, he or she will be formally employed.
Any candidate who fails to participate in the written test, interview, assessment, physical examination, sign an employment contract, report in, etc. as required within the specified time will be deemed to have given up automatically. The qualification review, image and fingerprint verification system of applicants run through the entire recruitment process. If candidates are found to be unqualified for recruitment or have committed fraud at any stage, they will be disqualified, and those with serious problems will be held accountable.
