On May 20th, 2007, the quaint and beautiful Yuemei Village ushered in an extraordinary new day. The film "Choice" filmed by CCTV officially started shooting in the original village-run primary school in Yuemei Village. For a remote mountain village, this is a memorable and retrospective day!

"Choice" is a film reflecting that college students took root in remote mountainous areas in the 1980s and devoted themselves to mountain village education. The hero is "Kangxi traveling incognito 1-4", and "Three Virtues" is played by Wu Jun who is very similar to the famous actor Zhao Liang. Wu Jun is also the actor of "Three Virtues" in the second book "A Private Visit to Kangxi". He plays a teacher in a mountain village school in Choice. This film will be broadcast on CCTV 6 during this year's Teacher's Day.

Yuemei Village Primary School is located halfway up the village, with elegant environment, simple school buildings and typical campus architectural style and cultural atmosphere in the 1980s. Although this brick and tile village is very simple and abandoned in 2003, the school building is still complete because of the simple local customs and careful care. The film crew spent nearly three months searching all over southern Hunan and finally found this "mountain village primary school" that met the requirements of the plot. According to the staff, the film crew will shoot in this "mountain village primary school" for more than 20 days.

Interestingly, all the 18 pupils in the film were temporarily selected from the local central primary school. After just two days of training, these little actors really live up to expectations, and the fake play is really vivid.
