The composer's remuneration for musical films can be appropriately increased according to its quality and difficulty of creation, and the increase will generally not exceed the above 30% of standard.

4. Lyrics:

No additional fee will be charged for the original lyrics in the literary script.

100-200 yuan per poster Article 4 Payment method for royalties for adaptations or joint creations

1. Adaptations based on other literary forms The remuneration for film and literary scripts (including stage art films) shall be paid at a maximum of 80% of the remuneration amount, and the minimum remuneration paid to the original author shall not be less than 20%.

2. Photographers, artists and other relevant creative personnel who participate in the creation of sub-shot scripts can participate in a share of up to 30% of the royalties. When two or more co-directors (or a chief director or art director) shoot the same shots, the co-directors will determine their share of the royalties. Article 5 Rejection Fees and Subsidies

1. When a film or literary script is formally requested by the factory or the literary department, or the author has made extensive revisions, it is decided to reject the script because it does not meet the shooting requirements. , a rejection fee may be paid at the discretion of the author based on the amount of labor the author has put into creation or revision, with the approval of the factory director or the head of the literary department. Rejection fees are generally limited to 400-800 yuan.

If a non-film system professional or amateur writer’s income is reduced due to being transferred away from work to create, the studio may provide an appropriate one-time subsidy according to the situation. Article 6: After a film literary script is adopted, 10% to 15% of the remuneration amount determined by the producer shall be paid to the editor in charge as the editing fee for the script. The head of the literature department can receive an editing fee of no less than an outstanding script each year. Article 7: For films that win the "Outstanding Story Film Award" from the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television, the remuneration standards for literary scripts and sub-shot scripts may be appropriately increased with the approval of the film studio's reporting department. The increase shall not exceed 30% of the original standard of royalties. Article 8: These regulations will be implemented as of July 1, 1990 (that is, films put into production after July 1, 1990 will be paid according to these regulations).
