The first pupil-me and my wildlife friends

The First Pupil is a collaboration between 25-year-old wildlife photographer Chu Wenwen and super brain Shuige. Have to admit, the first time I bought this book, it was entirely out of idolize's psychology. This book bears the aura of Brother Shui, and it is worth buying without looking at the content.

It took me an evening to finish reading this book, and I really think it is a good book. On the face value, the design, cover, illustrations and photos of this book are full of artistic sense; On the connotation, the stories told by Chu Wenwen vividly show the lives of wild animals in front of readers, as well as the notes beside Brother Shui or the encyclopedic dictionary, or humorous comments and teasing, which make readers feel quite interesting to read.

Although I bought this book for Brother Shui, I really admire Chu Wenwen, a 25-year-old girl after reading it. She followed her father to explore the wild world and the life of wild animals since childhood. When she grew up, she also embarked on the road of wildlife photography and protection. It is easy to imagine how difficult it will be for a girl to travel in the wild, but between the lines of her description, she can't feel the hardships in the wild, but she can really feel her love for wild animals. The vivid and vivid descriptions are all presented with love. She sincerely regards wild animals as her friends, and this book is telling the story of her and her friends.

There is also a little envy for Chu Wenwen's life. She has taken a road that ordinary people can't take, seen scenery that ordinary people can't see, and also had a different mind and vision. People who have their own goals and move forward step by step towards their goals will certainly be happy even if the road is full of thorns.

finally, of course, we can't help but mention the protagonists in the book, the lovely wild animals. Yes, lovely. I really hate my lack of language. But looking at the description in the book, I really feel that it is cute. Baby beavers with cute effects, rare Montessori wild horses, and even fierce wolves in the inherent impression are all vivid and lovely in their works. However, these lovely animals may face extinction because of human actions.

Harmony between man and nature is a commonplace topic, but up to now, it seems that a real balance has not been found. In the face of the resources and abilities mastered by human beings, especially human beings, the wild animals that can still compete with the harsh environment of nature and survive are really vulnerable. Many animals have actually become only a historical memory, and they can no longer be seen alive. Many animals mentioned in the book are actually hunted on a large scale by human beings, and are on the verge of extinction with the continuous deterioration of the living environment.

Is human power really infinite, and is it really the master of this earth? The answer must be no. The evil consequences of destroying the environment will inevitably affect the survival of mankind in turn, but I don't know when it will appear.

The pressure of modern society makes people breathless, and many people may feel that they are too busy to pay attention to nature and wildlife. But after reading this book, at least I feel that I still have the spare capacity to care for these really lovely creatures, whether it is donating money or participating in conservation actions. In a word, something can be done. If everyone can have such a little touch, such a little change, maybe the future of these little lives will be better.

The encounter with this book made me experience a wonderful trip, just as the title page says: Chu Tong, a unique wildlife book, a gift and inspiration from nature!
