Degeneration (film theory)

A shooting method to reduce the running frequency of the camera. Degenerate photography refers to the camera shooting at a frequency of less than 24 frames per second. It can be reduced to 16 frames per second, 8 frames, 2 frames, even several hours, dozens of hours according to different needs, and the frequency remains unchanged at 24 frames per second during screening, and the objects on the screen will present different fast-moving visual effects. Degraded photography, like upgraded photography, has rich artistic expression, and if it causes some comic effect, it can also be used as a visual means of scientific research.
