How to shoot "smoke" and "smoke curl" when setting off firecrackers, making fried cakes and taking folk photos during the Chinese New Year?

Photography is the art of light, and the so-called "misty" feeling is essentially the scattering of light in the air.

Actual smoke, such as a wisp of kitchen smoke and a cloud of water mist, can be photographed directly. Usually large aperture and shallow depth of field can create artistic conception.
