Entry Rules: Entries are created according to the propositional background information provided by advertisers designated by the organizing committee of the contest. For the background information and designated propositions of advertisers, please refer to the strategy table and the contest official website.
Entry process
working standard
All kinds of entries are mainly original and must not contain pornography, violence and other factors. We must abide by the Advertising Law and relevant national laws and administrative regulations, and our ideological and political views must not conflict with the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC). It meets the requirements of national cultural traditions, public moral values and industry norms.
Print advertising works and design works: the size of print works can be designated as A3(297x420mm), the file format is jpg, the resolution is 300dpi, and the color mode is RGB;; No more than three series of works; There is no need to add bar codes to the electronic documents of graphic works, and there is no need to mail printed materials. Mail only the signed registration form.
Film and television advertisement: duration 15 seconds or 30 seconds, including DV short film, 2D animation and 3D animation works; Unified WMV format, the image size is standard 4:3 or 16:9 and not less than 720*576, and the file size is not more than 100M, with clear image quality. The title of the work should be kept for 3 seconds with the title picture provided by the organizing Committee. Do not create a series of works; Electronic documents of film and television advertising works do not need to be added with bar codes, nor do they need to be printed by mail, only the signed registration form is mailed.
Online microfilm: The duration of online microfilm works (including the total duration of series works) is strictly controlled between 1-3 minutes. Less than or more than, as unqualified works. The image size is standard 4:3 or 65,438+06: 9, and not less than 720*576. The file format is WMV, and the picture quality is clear. The title of the work needs to fill in the relevant content and stay for 3 seconds. Different from film and television advertising works, online micro-film works are required to have a complete plot, and the interpretation of propositional brands should be implantable rather than straightforward. It is allowed to create a series of works, which must be combined and output into a file; The network does not need to add bar codes to the electronic files of film works, nor does it need to mail and print physical objects. Mail only the signed registration form.
Marketing planning works: (1) executive summary; (2) Analysis of market environment; (3) Suggestions on marketing strategy; (4) Creative design scheme; (5) media proposals; (6) advertising budget.
Format requirements of the proposal: (1) The proposal is in A4 format; (2) The length shall not exceed 30 pages (including appendices), excluding the front cover, back cover and contents; (3) It is suggested to simplify the contents of the media investment plan and advertising budget, and simply indicate it in the execution part of the activity when necessary; (4) The data is detailed, and the cited data should indicate the source. Attach the original questionnaire; (5) To be effective, a website must be placed in the upper right corner of the work to generate the barcode of the work, the barcode length is 60mm, and the barcode of the physical work must be scaled in proportion to ensure completeness and clarity; (6) The file format is PPT (PPTX);
Advertising copy works: The manuscript adopts A4 format word document, and it is recommended to use 1.5 times line spacing; The title is No.2 in bold in the middle, the text is No.4 Song, and the English font is TimesNewRoman;; Put the barcode generated by the website in the header and align it to the right; (as shown in the figure below)
Note: if the standard content of the work conflicts with the requirements in the proposition strategy table, the proposition strategy table shall prevail, and the work must be mailed by bar code generated by the website.
Entry requirements: (1) Each group of works corresponds to an entry form, which is automatically generated by the system. Participants need to download and print the entry form, sign it by hand in the order of authors, then scan or take photos to make an electronic file and upload it to the designated location of the system; (2) The work number and bar code are the only marks to identify the work, and no organization, department, name or other special marks may appear in other exhibition parts; (3) The number of film and television advertisements, interactive online micro-movies and micro-vision works shall not exceed 5, the number of advertising planners shall not exceed 6, and the number of authors in other categories shall not exceed 3. No more than 3 teachers in all categories; (4) In order to ensure the uploading speed, the electronic files of the works should be controlled within 100M as far as possible; (5) Print advertisements, film and television advertisements, online micro-movies, designs, and mobile photography only mail the registration form. Besides online registration and uploading works, marketing planning and advertising copywriting works also need to mail physical works and registration forms; (6) Any work that does not meet the requirements is disqualified.
Controversy: In case of doubt about these rules, entry form and copyright commitment, the Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation, and any unfinished matters related to participating in this competition will be further formulated and explained by the Organizing Committee.
Matters needing attention
1. After the review, the organizing committee will publish all the winning works through the official platform of the Academy Award and accept public reports.
2. All awards are jointly awarded by the tutor and the participating students, and the organization awards are comprehensively evaluated according to the quantity and quality of the entries submitted by universities.
According to the relevant regulations of the state, the personal income tax of the bonus shall be withheld and remitted by the organizing committee.
4. The above awards are not repeated, and the final interpretation right of the awards belongs to the Academy Award Review Committee.
