What's the name of the camera that keeps balance?
In photography, a tripod is a portable device used to support, stabilize and lift a camera, flash or other cameras or observation/measurement equipment.
All photographic tripods have three legs and a mounting head, which can be connected to the camera. The mounting head usually includes a thumbscrew that mates with an internally threaded socket on the camera, and a mechanism that can rotate and tilt the camera when the camera is mounted on a tripod. Tripod legs are usually made into telescopes to save space when not in use. Tripods are usually made of aluminum, carbon fiber, steel, wood or plastic.
Tripod is used for still and dynamic photography to prevent the camera from moving. They are necessary when shooting a lens with slow exposure or extreme focal length, because any movement of the camera will produce a blurred image when the shutter is open.
Similarly, they can reduce camera shake, thus helping to achieve maximum clarity. Tripod is also helpful to achieve accurate composition of images, or when shooting multiple images in the same scene, such as ambient exposure. Using a tripod also allows you to take pictures in a more thoughtful way.
For all these reasons, professional photography and some video applications usually need some kind of tripod. Tripods are also used as photographic accessories instead of C-shaped brackets.
Travel tripod
The design of the travel tripod meets certain standards, including lightness and firmness, so that the photographer can travel freely and carry his/her tripod for a long time. It must be small enough, light enough to be carried as hand luggage and strong enough to support professional digital SLR cameras and fast telephoto lenses.
Typical specifications of travel tripod legs are: weight (excluding head): 2 to 4 pounds (0.9 to 1.8kg), height (contraction): 12 to 20 inches (30 to 50cm), and height (expansion): -60 to 70 inches (1).
