Story Summary: Corruption was prevalent in Hong Kong in the 1960s and 1970s, and the main source of income for many police officers was black money. Hande came to Hong Kong from the UK and joined the police force. After smashing a gambling stall that had paid bribes, he immediately attracted the attention of the police and gangs. Later, Hande finally couldn't resist the temptation of money. From then on, he began to join in the conspiracy and soon became the superintendent.
