Ovarian function test: This test is usually on the second or third day after menstruation, when the hormone level in women is relatively stable, which can clearly judge ovarian aging, chronic anovulation and polycystic ovary syndrome.
Tubal photography: generally 3~7 days after menstruation, avoid menstrual and ovulation examination to avoid misjudgment or pregnancy.
Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy: generally, avoid hysteroscopic washing or laparoscopic developer washing away embryos 3~7 days after menstruation.
Prolactin test: The best time for this test is in the morning, when the measured prolactin level is more accurate.
Ovarian tumor index examination: this examination is usually carried out in non-menstrual period, because during menstrual period, the value of this examination is mostly false positive and the diagnosis is inaccurate.
Others: Male semen examination requires abstinence for three days; Infertility examination should be carried out during menstrual period, preferably within three days after menstruation turns red.
