How to debug ppt speaker mode with single display

① First, connect the projection device or other slide output device to the notebook or PC, press the Win key +P in Windows 7 and select the expansion mode, and set the display and projection display output device of the current notebook or PC to the expansion mode.

② For the PowerPoint document to be presented, select the Slide Show tab in the ribbon interface-click the Set Slide Show button-select which display device to show the presentation on in the drop-down list in the pop-up Set Show Mode window, then check the option of Drawing by Presenter-click OK.

③ Press F5 to start the demonstration. At this point, the Annotated Presenter View will appear on the presenter's screen. On the left is the preview status of the current presentation page, and on the right is the prepared speech notes.

④ In addition, on another projection output device, participants can only see the presentation page of the slide show, but can't see the presenter's notes.
