Tools/raw materials: soybean, water, blender, pot, lactone, rice cooker, mold, gauze.
1, the soybeans are soaked one night in advance (more than 6-8 hours).

3. Filter the prepared soybean milk, filter out the bean dregs, filter twice, and boil over high fire.
4. Let the cooked soybean milk stand for 5 minutes. When the temperature of soybean milk drops to 80-90 degrees, stir 6 grams of lactone with 30 grams of warm water, pour it into soybean milk and stir quickly. Pour the soybean milk with lactone into the rice cooker, turn on the heat preservation button, and keep the temperature for 20 minutes.
5. Pour the tofu brain into the mold. Tie the gauze tightly to facilitate setting and squeeze out excess water. After the gauze is tied tightly, press it with a heavy object to let the water squeeze out quickly.
6. After a period of time, tofu will solidify.
