The front camera of oppo mobile phone is too bad. The front cameras of our two mobile phones are too blurred to see how to adjust them.

If the photos or videos are not clear, we suggest that you check them as follows:

1. Check whether the lens is covered by film, dust and obstacles. If there is dirt, wipe the lens to solve it.

2. Check whether the lesion is abnormal. You can try to turn on the focus lock mode (long press in the camera preview interface will trigger this mode) or click on the photo interface to focus.

3. If the focus is not completed, the photo will be unclear. Click on the camera interface to focus or autofocus, and then take a picture after the focus is successful.

4. When taking a picture, the hand shakes or the photographed object is moving, which will cause the camera to fail to form a gathering point and the picture is blurred.

5. It is normal that noise will appear when digital zoom is used to zoom in and out when shooting the distant view.

6. If the photos are blurred in the dark, you can turn on the flash or ensure enough light sources to take photos.

7. Check whether the mobile phone system version is the latest. If it is not the latest version, it is recommended to try to upgrade the system version.

If the problem still exists, please bring the purchase invoice, warranty card and machine to the OPPO customer service center for testing, and a professional engineer will solve it for you.
