How to evaluate the dark bear

In terms of portability and human-computer interaction, this is something that can only be used by the crew (inconvenient, bulky, complicated to operate, and even without handles and shoulder pads, it can only be placed on a tripod), and it is definitely not a documentary crew. But if the crew wants to use this thing, they have to install a monitor, so the 10 inch screen of this camera becomes a decoration (even if it is not a decoration, the screen of a monitor is always monitored point by point, is it reliable? )

Judging from the use cost, the card used by this machine is not cheap. Why give up the function of BMCC directly plugging in SSD?

As far as the shooting effect is concerned, I assume that the effect of this machine is similar to that of BMCC, which is already amazing for diaosi that can't afford 500,000+equipment (after color mixing, it can save more than 4 files from underexposure (non-raw sequence, raw I think it will be even more amazing). In fact, I saved 6 files, with almost no loss of image quality).

As far as the production process is concerned, the material of this thing must be matched once before it can be presented, otherwise it is too bad to be used at all, so the whole production process is more complicated.

In short, Blackmagic always gives people the impression that the highlights are outstanding and the weaknesses are also outstanding. If you want to buy it, you are always disgusted and really entangled. Therefore, its evaluation needs to be adapted to local conditions. In my opinion, it is very suitable to shoot low-cost feature films with URSA, but the premise is that the producer's technical strength is very strong, because low-cost production should not be able to hire a professional color matching company. At the same time, the filming time of this feature film should be ample, and children who are short of time will be driven crazy by it. Students who want to use it to make documentaries can completely die, and students who want to use it on the set or at parties can take medicine.
