Q 1: Welcome to Go, a senior bar department, and Mr. Camel who has made outstanding contributions to Go. You are a Han nationality who grew up in Xinjiang. Can you introduce yourself to the fans?
Hello, I'm Mr. Gu Youping, a camel from Xinjiang. I was born in Sichuan and grew up in Urumqi. I like the scenery and culture of Xinjiang and have special feelings for this land.
Xinjiang is really good, with all kinds of delicious food, natural scenery and multi-ethnic customs. Here, all the bar fans of Zou Bar are also invited. Bring family and friends to Xinjiang for sightseeing, feel the tolerance and openness of many nationalities here, taste the special food in Xinjiang, and see forests, lakes, grasslands, snow-capped mountains, Gobi and deserts. ...
Q2: It can be said that you are one of the people who know most about Xinjiang tourism in the bar. Today, our interview will introduce you to an all-round Xinjiang. As a senior traveler, can you give us an overview of Damei Xinjiang first?
In China, when it comes to tourism, there are two tourist attractions that must be visited, one is Tibet and the other is Xinjiang.
Tibet is beautiful, so is Xinjiang. Xinjiang is not only beautiful, but also rich in tourism resources and diverse scenery. The northern Xinjiang is exquisite, and the southern Xinjiang is atmospheric.
From the dinosaur fossil beach in Zhungeer Basin to the ingenious red weathered mountain in Kuqa, and then to the endless shell fossil mountain in Pamirs, this vast area has always been called "China Museum of Geography and Nature".
Look at the grassland flower sea and come to Yili in spring; Look at the fairy tale forest and come to Kanas in autumn; Look at the vast sand sea and come to Taklimakan in summer; Look at the endless Gobi, come to Shanshan and Lop Nur in winter; Look at the world Populus euphratica and come to the north and south of Xinjiang; Look at Ali in the sky and come to Pamir; Look at the white powder snow. Come to Altai in winter. There must be something you like in Xinjiang all year round.
Q3: As early as more than 20 years ago, you traveled in northern and southern Xinjiang and visited many original ecological places. Can you tell us something about Xinjiang that you thought of at that time?
Well, in fact, there were only three scenic spots that were well known 20 years ago: Tianchi Lake in Tianshan, Xinjiang, Grape Valley in Turpan and Nalati Grassland in Yili.
Kanas just started. At that time, the road was not perfect, the development and publicity were not in place, and its reputation was not as good as that of Tianshan Tianchi and Nalati, but the scenery was really beautiful, which I personally felt was incomparable. At that time, Bayinbuluke was still hidden in the pastoral area, only local people and a small number of tourists patronized, and it was extremely difficult to reach without off-road vehicles. At that time, our off-road vehicle could go straight to the best scenic spots with twists and turns, and there was no one except herders and cattle and sheep.
The way to Karajun is to walk on the grazing road 20 kilometers in front of the entrance of the scenic spot. The car must knock down the car in the corner to complete the corner. Peak Prairie Road12km, swing left and right to reach the canyon (now Falcon Terrace), overlooking the spotted forest and the Qiongkushitai Prairie. It feels great.
The Chater Road is just a passage for herders to graze, a simple wooden bridge on which cars shake up and down. After a night of heavy rain, the wooden bridge was washed away and we were trapped in the mountains for a week. Now that I think about it, it is really an unforgettable adventure.
The scenery at that time was really beautiful. Now these three scenic spots have implemented tickets and shuttle buses, but for us who love to explore, new original ecological places are constantly being discovered. Welcome to Xinjiang to drive by car and explore more Xanadu together.
Question 4: The beauty of Xinjiang lies in its rich natural landscape. The southern and northern Xinjiang across the Tianshan Mountains seem to be two different worlds. Can you tell us the different geographical features and natural landscapes between northern and southern Xinjiang?
Xinjiang's southern and northern Xinjiang are bounded by Tianshan Mountains, with southern Xinjiang in the south and northern Xinjiang in the north. Tianshan Mountain is 4000-7000 meters above sea level, and its depth (width) is about 500 kilometers. The Atlantic warm and humid air flow reaches the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain, but it cannot cross Tianshan Mountain.
The northern slope of Tianshan Mountain is rich in aquatic plants, south of the Great Wall and the barren hills and Gobi on the southern slope, with little rain. It is precisely because of the dry climate that the unique geographical landscape of southern Xinjiang has been formed. We can travel through time and space and still see the color of the ground millions of years ago. If there is rain in northern Xinjiang, there should be dense vegetation here.
Therefore, I call southern Xinjiang "the beauty of the world". Of course, you may not believe it. Let's feel it.
Question 5: The beauty of Xinjiang lies in its ethnic diversity. Different regions have different national customs. If you are a tourist who likes to experience ethnic customs, which places would you recommend?
Xinjiang has a population of 23 million, which consists of 13 major ethnic groups and other extremely small ethnic groups.
Traveling in Kashgar will bring you into contact with the most populous Uighurs in Xinjiang; In the clouds, Pamir will come into contact with Tajiks; In Wuqia, the western pole, you will come into contact with the Kirgiz people; You will meet Mongolians in Bayinbuluke; In Yili, south of the Great Wall, you will come into contact with Kazakhs; If you travel to Qitaijiang Braque, you can also get in touch with Tatars, one of the least populous ethnic groups in Xinjiang.
The trip to Xinjiang is a process of multi-ethnic communication. Every nation has different customs, different foods and different roads.
For example, Zouba. Every year, a self-driving highway for veterans is launched, starting from Dushanzi in Kuitun, the Corps city, and passing through Tamboura and Nalati in Yili grassland. All the way, there are flocks of cattle and sheep dotted with white yurts, which are Kazakhs. Through the valley forest, enter Bayinbuluke, the largest alpine grassland in China. There are white yurts beside the curved river, which are Turku Mongols.
Go on, cross the Tianshan Mountains, walk through red river valley, and reach Kuqa where Uighurs live in compact communities. Dancing to the music, fragrant melons and fruits fascinate you a little?
Q6: Besides Kanas, Nalati, Sailimu Lake and Bayinbuluke, there are actually many beautiful places of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang. Can you recommend some to everyone?
These places are really famous and must be visited by many people when they come to Xinjiang. If you like go on road trip, you might as well drive to a place where there are few other people, so that you can enjoy driving better.
Tuohulasu in Yining County is the discovery place of snow leopard in Tianshan Mountain, which is located in the deep part of Tianshan Mountain. Wuxifu Canyon is like the momentum of Kara Army, with distinct grassland layers, flowers everywhere, snow-capped mountains, grasslands, forests and canyons. You won't be disappointed. Suggest taking an off-road vehicle.
Not far from Tekes County, there is also an alpine grassland-aktas, which can be driven in. The grassland in June is full of wild flowers, which is a great self-driving experience.
About 30 kilometers from Zhaosu to the depths of Tianshan Mountain, there is a blue lake-Yuhu Lake, all the way south, with wonderful scenery. All these places can be reached by car.
There are many small and beautiful places in Xinjiang. Because space is limited, I recommend these three first.
Q7: There are many roads that self-driving enthusiasts yearn for in Xinjiang, such as the famous Duku Highway and Tarim Desert Highway. In fact, besides these, is there any other little-known way worth visiting?
Duku Highway, a highway with more than 500 kilometers, has many scenery and changes rapidly, from Gobi to grassland, valleys, cliffs, snow-capped mountains, glaciers, river valleys, clouds, forests, alpine grasslands, plateau lakes, Hongshan Canyon, Ya Dan, saline-alkali land and sand dunes.
Such a rich landform and climate is a veritable landscape avenue, which is rare in China. So it is very meaningful to organize activities online every year.
In Xinjiang, in addition to such a rich single-depot highway, there are many very distinctive highways worth opening.
For example, Harrow Highway, Hami to Luo Zhong; Tasha Ancient Road, from shache to Tashkurgan; Shanshan Road, Shanshan to Rem; Zhao Yi Highway, Yining to Zhaosu, etc. We expect you to punch in and drive.
Q8: Many people think that Xinjiang has only beautiful natural scenery. In fact, Xinjiang has many historical sites and ancient roads. Can you recommend some places worth seeing in Xinjiang's history and culture
Kuqa, one of the 36 countries in the Western Regions, is today's Kuqa. The earliest Gaha beacon tower in Qizil on the northern road of the Silk Road was built in the Han Dynasty. There are Qizil Thousand Buddha Cave, Kumutula Thousand Buddha Cave and Gaha Thousand Buddha Cave in Qizil near Kuqa. All belong to the Qiuci Institute, and the distance is not too far. Those who are interested in historic sites can go and have a look.
If you like hiking, Xiate Ancient Road in Zhaosu, Wusun Ancient Road in Tex and Baicheng, and Cheshi Ancient Road in Turpan and Jimsar are all the best hiking routes, with a lot of history and scenery.
Q9: Xinjiang is by no means a place that can be finished once or twice. As a person who likes to travel in Xinjiang for a long time, can you recommend some distinctive self-driving routes to fans?
Xinjiang is so big that it must be worth opening many times. I roughly divide Xinjiang into four self-driving loop areas, which can basically cover the east, west, north and south of Xinjiang. While looking at the following routes, I suggest that you use the map of Xinjiang to better see the general direction.
The first lap: Altai Kanas Line in Northern Xinjiang, Urumqi-Qitai-Fuyun-Brzin-185 Tuan-Baihaba-Kanas-Harmony-Fuhai-Karamay-Urumqi.
The second lap: Urumqi-Dushanzi-Sailimu Lake-Yining-Zhaosu-Tex-Narati-Bayinbuluke-Barentai-Urumqi.
Third Ring Road: Urumqi-Turpan-Shanshan-Hami-Yiwu-Barkol-Rem-Urumqi.
Article 4 Ring Road: Urumqi-Kuqa-Aksu-Kashgar-Taxian-shache-Hotan-Minfeng-Luntai-Korla-Urumqi.
Q 10: Thanks to Brother Camel for accepting the interview of Let's Go on a Date. I heard that you are publishing a book with nearly100000 words in Xinjiang. Can you tell us something about your book? Finally, please say a few words to the fans.
During the long winter in Xinjiang, I wrote "My Impression of Xinjiang" in my spare time, which is to record the beautiful scenery and experiences in my own subjective way. At present, it is being revised and proofread. If there is an opportunity, see if it can be published.
Finally, thank you for coming online, and thank you for watching me so much here. You must be travel enthusiasts. I hope to meet your smiles occasionally in Xinjiang. thank you
