What was Dou Xiao’s early experience?
Dou Xiao was born in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, and immigrated to Canada with his family when he was more than 10 years old. After that, Dou Xiao began to learn karate and won gold and silver medals in karate competitions for two consecutive years.
In 2007, he participated in the "Sunshine Boyz" talent show held by Canadian Chinese Radio and eventually won the championship in the finals. In 2008, Dou Xiao returned to China with his love for acting and was admitted to the Acting Department of Beijing Film Academy.
